1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and any purchase from InkyBug Pty Ltd.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policy published on our site.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version online. The version in place when you order will apply to that order.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract.
Definitions:
- “Business Day” means Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm AWST, excluding public holidays.
- “Goods” means the items we manufacture and supply to you.
- “Order” means a successful transaction placed on our website.
- “GST” means Goods and Services Tax as defined in the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.
2. User Content
Some products require you to upload text, names, or photos for personalisation.
You must own or have permission to use the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that:
- infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy;
- contains offensive or illegal material; or
- breaches any law.
We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of uploaded files. We may remove or reject content that breaches these rules.
3. Orders
- All orders are final once placed.
- Custom products enter production immediately after checkout and cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Orders are processed separately, and shipping applies to each order individually.
- Goods are for personal use only and cannot be resold.
You will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance occurs only when your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time and provide a full refund if required.
4. Prices and Payment
- All prices are shown in AUD and include GST.
- Shipping costs are added at checkout.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- You are responsible for any bank or conversion fees.
5. Promotions
- Only one promotional code can be used per order.
- Codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied afterward.
- Promotions may be time-limited or product-specific.
- Codes cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed for cash.
6. Goods
- All products are intended for personal use only.
- Colours may differ slightly due to screen variations.
- We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without notice.
- Production times are guides only and may vary.
7. Delivery
- We use professional courier services for all deliveries.
- Standard and Express options are available depending on destination.
- All courier deliveries include tracking, and you’ll receive an email once your order is on its way.
- Delivery times depend on courier schedules and your location.
- Once the courier collects your order, they are responsible for final delivery.
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control. If an address error results in non-delivery, redelivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Bring your order confirmation email and photo ID. Orders not collected within 30 days may be discarded.
8. Returns and Refunds
Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind or customer error.
If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may request photos or a return for inspection.
If your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your product at no cost.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of our site, products, or courier delays.
We are not liable for events outside our control, including strikes, weather, equipment failure, or supply shortages.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is collected to process and deliver your order.
We only share necessary information with couriers, payment providers, and service partners who assist in completing your purchase.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
