Personalized Products

• All of our products are custom-made to your approved design.
• Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, customer error, or misuse.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We may ask for:

• A photo of the issue, and/or
• The item to be returned for inspection.

If your claim is valid under the Australian Consumer Law, we will repair, replace, or refund your item at no cost to you.

 

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

• Will be issued as a discount code
• Must be used within 3 months
• Is valid only on this website
