Processing Times
- All products are custom-made. Production times vary and are listed on our website as a guide only.
- Actual dispatch times may change depending on workload, supply availability, and courier schedules.
- We’ll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
- All deliveries are handled by trusted national and international courier partners.
- We offer Standard Courier Service and Express Courier Service, depending on your location.
- Delivery times depend on your delivery address and courier performance.
- Once your order has been collected by the courier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it safely.
Tracking
- All courier deliveries include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships.
- Delivery status updates and estimated arrival times are provided directly by the courier.
Delivery Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control.
- For incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
- If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If the address error was provided by you, the re-delivery cost will be at your expense.
International Orders
- We ship internationally using selected courier partners.
- Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processes.
- You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities.
Customer Pick Up
Orders can be collected from our premises:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm AWST (excluding public holidays).
Please bring your order confirmation email and photo ID. Orders not collected within 30 days of notification may be discarded.
